The "Jazz Baby" is our new 20's style flapper dress/top made exclusively for Blue Velvet Vintage. Hand beaded by skilled artisans, the workmanship is exquisite. A fabulous period look for art deco dances and vintage themed weddings.
-Black mesh elaborately hand decorated with irridescent beads and sequins. Fabric is quite durable.
-Sleeveless, v neck with a slightly fitted silhouette.
