1940s FITTED GABARDINE SKIRT SUIT
Lovely 40s suit in salmon color rayon gabardine. Fitted jacket has pointed collar, patch front pockets with diagonal flaps and round plastic dark coral pink buttons. Shoulder pads are missing. A-line skirt has an inset waistband, diagonal hip darts, back slit and closes with a side metal zipper. Label reads "Season Maker Suit by Majestic"
Measurements-Jacket- bust 38", waist 30", shoulder seam to shoulder seam 16", sleeve length 24". Skirt-waist 26", hips 38", length 29". TO ensure proper fit, please be sure your B/W/H measurements are a bit smaller to allow room for movement.
Good vintage condition. A little fraying at back slit, a few tiny spots here and there, very slight color fade on a couple of areas of sleeve and underarms. No major issues that affect wearability.
