40'S NAVY CREPE SHIRTWAIST DRESS

Adorable little WW2 era 40s vintage dress in deep navy rayon crepe.

Shirtwaist bodice is a semi-sheer medium weight mesh type fabric in navy blue with a dotted white floral abstract print. Front panel and collar are solid navy crepe with textured button and loop closures.

Elbow length sleeves.
Shoulder pads.

There is smocking at the waist on either side of the front panel.

Slightly flared skirt consists of three gored panels in back and seven in front.

Side button closures.

Measurements-
Bust 36'
Waist 30"
Hips 38"
Shoulder to waist 17" (please note this dress will fit a longer waisted person)
Waist to hem 25"

A couple of miniscule snags on skirt. Otherwise excellent condition.
