40's BLACK CREPE HOLLYWOOD GLAMOUR GOWN
This black silky rayon crepe vintage dress represents the sophisticated glamour of the Golden Era of Hollywood.
1940's evening gown has a kimono style bodice with shoulder pads. There is pleating radiating from the center bust area.
Can be buttoned at neck, creating a keyhole neckline, or left open to show a bit more skin.
Twelve small fabric covered buttons decorate the midriff area.
Floor length skirt flares slightly.
There are four drop pleats at front waistline.
Slit in front.
Matching fabric belt has rows of vertical stitching.
Cinch hook closure is covered with rhinestones in a starburst pattern.
Belt can be adjusted a bit on back side of buckle.
Side metal zipper closure.
