50S ROCKABILLY VINTAGE DRESS-PINK GINGHAM CHECK W/RHINESTONE ACCENTS

Adorable early 50's rockabilly dress in a pink and white gingham check cotton with black geometric print chevron stripes. Very cool combination!
Fitted bodice with, short caplike sleeves.
Stand up collar trimmed in contrast black piping.
Black V shaped piping at yolk area adds a western flair.
Rhinestones embellish the two v shaped stripes below shoulder seam.
Metal zip front.
Semi full flared skirt.
Front pockets edged in black piping.
Faux patent leather belt accompanies the dress.

This dress came from the estate of a woman who left a closet full of unworn vintage clothing, many with original store tags. This particular dress had a small brownish stain on the front of skirt that I treated with Oxyclean before gentle laundering. Unfortunately I got distracted and left it on a little too long, leaving an area that is a little lighter than the surrounding fabric. I've included a close up. Not very detracting and blends well within the skirt folds. Mentioning for accuracy. If not for my mental lapse, this dress would be in mint condition!
