50s EMMA DOMB STRAPLESS RED SATIN AND RUFFLED CHIFFON DRESS
Smashing 1950's formal dress/gown in a shimmery tomato red satin, nylon ruffled chiffon and tulle netting. Fabulous look for prom or any formal event where you want to leave a lasting impression!
Strapless bodice with boning, pleating center bust and form fitting princess seaming. Dropped waistline dips to a V in front.
Waistline is is trimmed in a matching fabric flap that is accented with a satin bow in back.
Voluminous skirt is comprised of red tulle netting covered in rows of nylon chiffon ruffles. Beneath is another tulle layer and a red taffeta skirt.
Back metal zipper closure.
Label reads "Emma Domb, California"

Very good condition. A small 1/4" V shaped tear was patched at the very top left side of bodice. It has been covered with a silk rose pin, which will be included. You could also add a bow there, which would also look nice. There is some very slight abrasion to satin along a few seam edges. Not detracting at all. Really have to look closely to notice. The seams are still tight. No major issues that affect appearance or wearability.
