50's MELON PINK FITTED SKIRT SUIT
Striking early 50's skirt suit in a spectacular watermelon pink wool or wool blend. Fabric has a subtle horizontal slubbed texture.
Fitted jacket has lots of seaming and a curved section of fabric inset at yoke accented by rhinestone buttons.
Pink plastic button closures with matching fabric inserts.
Pointed french cuffs.
Curved front pockets.
Straight pencil style skirt with back kick pleat.
Side metal zipper and button closure.
Label reads "Talle Maide Original" and "The Crystal Room, Loveman's, Chattanooga"
Jacket is lined in melon pink crepe. Skirt is unlined. This suit appears to be designed for a tall person.
