Black medium weight, somewhat stiff, cotton backed velvety fabric.
Form fitting bodice with sequinned halter strap that slips over the head.
Boning front and back for support.
Magnificient full circle skirt has a handpainted design of metallic silver flowers and leaves.
Dress is generously embellished with hand stitched silver sequins that add a nice touch of glitter.
