50's Vintage Black Velvet Cocktail Hat w/Net Veil & Feathers

Vintage cocktail hat from the 1950s will add that perfect finishing touch of glamour to retro evening dresses and wedding attire.

~Halo style in black velvet.
~Black netting/veil overlays the top and drapes to eye level.
~Black feathers and a velveteen bow decorate the top.
~Has a Hatters, Cap and Millinery Workers Union Label
