50s WHITE LACE AND SATIN DRESS W/TULLE SLIP
Enchanting 1950's vintage dress in white floral lace over taffeta. Would make a beautiful semi-formal wedding dress.
Classic "new look" style with close fitting, sleeveless bodice and very full ballet length skirt.
Armholes, scooped front neckline and V back are trimmed in ivory satin piping.
A pleated ivory satin 5" cummberbund style waistband accentuates the mid section.A large satin bow decorates the back.
The voluminous lace skirt is very slightly gathered at waist. It floats over a layer of ruffled tulle and ivory taffeta.
Back metal zipper closure.
Measurements-

A few pindot sized spots on bow. A few fold lines lines on the taffeta skirt. Middle of bow is sewn on at zipper. The rest of bow was pinned to dress for photos. There were snaps at one time, but they were removed. We have not replaced them in case new owner does not want the bow. We can add them, if requested. Dress is in overall excellent condition and presents beautifully.
