60’s MAD MEN STYLE SILVER JACQUARD FITTED COCKTAIL DRESS

Ultra classy Mad Men style vintage cocktail dress from the early 1960s. Would be a very chic choice as a second wedding dress or an outfit for a swanky holiday party.
~Fabric is a stunning medium- to heavyweight silvery satin with an embroidered dove gray leafy floral design that has a subtle shimmer from metallic silver threads.
~Scooped neckline front and back.
~Empire waist with matching fabric band with bow accent beneath the bust.
~Double rows of seaming through mid-section gives dress its body conscious fit.
~Straight skirt has two diagonal slash pockets at hip area.
~Back kick pleat and metal zipper closure.
~Partially lined in a lavender gray taffeta.

Excellent condition. Two faint yellowish spots, between an 1/8” and ¼” wide, right above hemline in front, that didn’t come out with dry cleaning. So tiny, they are virtually undetectable unless really looking closely.
