60s/70s Vintage Black Velvet Tuxedo Style Blazer/Jacket
This black velvet jacket reminds us of those "le smoking" tuxedo style jackets made famous by Yves St Laurent. According to a reputable dealer we buy from, this supposedly is from the estate of Doris Duke. Though there is no paperwork to back that up, it is still a lovely find nonetheless!
~Circa late 60s/early 70s.
~Black cotton velvet.
~Fitted double breasted snaps closures.
~Shawl collar, front opening and patch pockets and tie sash belt are trimmed in black satin piping.
~Black satin lining.
~Label reads "Saks Fifth Avenue"
