60's dressy top/blouse in black chiffon shimmers with black sequins and black seed bead looped fringe.

Sleeveless, short, boxy style.
Back metal zipper closure.
Fully lined in black taffeta.

Label reads "Made in Hong Kong, British Crown Colony"

Bust 40" Length 17" Armhole opening 16"

Very good condition. Three of the beaded loops are missing. But there's so much decoration that it's not obvious.
