60's MOD EMILIO PUCCI DRESS/Silk Jersey
Vintage Pucci from the 1960's. Amazing border print silk jersey in shades of royal purple, fuschia, magenta, black, white, slate and dove gray.
Fitted bodice with bateau neckline.
Vertical darts originating at waist seam.
Long sleeves.
The flirty little flared skirt has two large box pleats front and back. It's more common to see straight or a line skirts in vintage Puccis. This one is a really cute and unique.
Both the sleeves and hem are finished in a swag like border print.
Emilio signature is present in several areas of the print.
Side handstiched nylon zipper.
Original ivory leather belt accompanies the dress.
Labels read "Emilio Pucci, Florence Italy" and "Exclusively for Saks Fifth Avenue, Italy"

There is a tiny bit of room for stretch because of the jersey fabric. Estimate the dress to be a modern size 4. But to ensure proper fit, please compare the dress measurements to your own.
Overall very good wearable condition.
No tears, pulls, rips or holes.
The bad new is there are some spots that
could not be removed by my drycleaner. The good news is they're either so faint, tiny or somewhere where they're not noticeable when wearing.
There are a couple of small, faint areas of discoloration at underarm areas. Two pinhead sized spots on bodice and a few pinhead sized spots along hem. Blend in well with print.
There is a light yellowish spot approximately 3/4" x 1/2". Magnified in the photo to show detail. It is hidden on the inside of one of the pleats. So doesn't show when wearing.
Still an outstanding example of a Pucci design, despite its minor imperfections!
