80's VICTOR COSTA BLACK TULLE AND LACE PARTY DRESS
Bewitching vintage party dress oozes glamour and sex appeal.
Strapless sweetheart bodice, in fine mesh covered nude organza, is overlaid with fine tulle netting and black lace.
Five diaphanous layers of black tulle comprise the full gathered skirt.
Attached is a nude color taffeta A line slip, which could be removed if you wanted to add a petticoat for extra pouff. Though the skirt is pretty full without.
Back nylon zipper and hook and eye closures.

There is a 1/4" hole in the top tulle layer. It's pretty much invisible with all the gathers and multiple layers of fabric. Otherwise excellent condition.
