It's the popular retro dress worn by Leighton Meister, AKA Blair Waldorf in the Gossip Girl series.
Navy blue stretch bengaline fabric molds to your figure creating quite the provocative silhouette.
Fitted, short sleeved bodice has a sailor collar with white satin trim.
Two rows of buttons on front for a double breasted look.
Pencil skirt narrows toward hem with a back kick pleat for ease of movement.
White satin belt included.
Back metal zipper closure.
