VINTAGE PEGGY HUNT BLACK LACE DRESS/ILLUSION NECKLINE
SKU: dr1480
Glamorous cocktail dresses in black lace, with illusion necklines, was the signature style in Peggy Hunt's designs. Sheer and nude color fabrics, hinting at bare skin, gave her outfits a subtly provocative look.
This stunning early 60's cocktail dress is a fine example of her sexy, yet ladylike, creations.
A lucious peachy honey gold color crepe is overlaid by a delicate black floral lace.

Finished with a gathered 12" lace ruffle with tulle netting beneath.
Black satin bow accent.
Keyhole opening on back.
Dress closes with metal zipper and hooks and eyes.
Sleeves have snap closures.

A couple of water spots inside crepe bodice lining. Probably due to steamer. Not noticeable when wearing. Otherwise excellent condition.
Because this dress is in a rare larger size, for display purposes, we've had to clip it back to fit our small dress form.
