Shipping Questions

1. How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Most orders leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours depending on what time and day your order was placed

USPS Priority Mail packages usually take  3-7 days to arrive from the date you place your order.

USPS Express Mail can take 1-2 days.

International Express-7 to 10 days, unless it gets held up in customs. Then it can take longer.

International Priority- Up to two weeks or longer, depending on customs delays.

Fedex Standard Overnight takes one day from the date we pack your order. For example, if you order comes in after Noon  EST, then your Fedex shipment won't go out until the next business day. Mon-Friday only.

Fedex 2 Day  takes two days from the day we pack your order,. If you order comes through after Noon EST, then it is packed for shipping the next day, Mon-Friday only.

There are no Saturday and Sunday deliveries with  Fedex option.

2. Do you ship Internationally?

Due to the increase in problems encountered when shipping internationally, we now only ship to Canada.

 3. What about customs fees?

All customs forms state clothing/used. Please do not ask us to falsify information on the customs forms. It is illegal and nullifies the insurance we include on the packages.

International customers are responsible for the duties and taxes of the destination country, which can often total up to 30% of the value on the customs form. Please keep in mind when ordering that you will be responsible for these extra fees on delivery.

4. I refused my package because I didn't want to pay the customs fees or my package was retuned because I never saw the notice of attempted delivery. What happens now?

International customers are responsible for making sure they pick up or sign for their packages and pay all customs fees due.

If a delivery notice is left and you don't arrange to pick up or have it redelivered it gets sent back to us. Telling us you never saw the notice does not count. We provide tracking info for all packages so you will have an idea of when delivery will occur or was attempted.  Checking the US Postal Service website, www.usps.com, will allow you to track your package and know when delivery is imminent.

Refusing your delivery, or not being available for delivery,  ties up our inventory for over a month, while we're waiting for your package to come back. We're also responsible for return delivery fees and/or import duties for refused/undeliverable packages.

*ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS REFUSED AT TIME OF DELIVERY OR UNDELIVERABLE FOR ANY REASON WILL HAVE A 30% RESTOCKING FEE DEDUCTED FROM THEIR REFUND OR STORE CREDIT.

5. I live in the United States and refused my package at time of delivery because I changed my mind and don't want the merchandise. Do I get a full refund?

Packages refused at time of delivery and sent back to us will be refunded for merchandise only.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Fedex charges us return fees if you refuse your package. Fedex packages refused and returned to sender will have the return shipping fees deducted from your refund.

Shipping charges for Expedited service (Fedex or USPS)  that are refused for late delivery due to weather conditions will also not be refunded.  Neither Fedex  nor USPS refund for late delivery due to weather conditions.

 6. Are there any countries you don't ship to?

Due to ongoing problems with international deliveries we no longer ship overseas. We ship to Canada only.
