Heading into the Roaring 20s 2.0,  I thought I’d feature New Year’s photos from the last 20s decade.

The 1920s epitomized the decade of  “girls just want to have fun!”

Anne, how fortunate you have that photo of your grandmother and her friends celebrating NYE back in the 20s! I would treasure it always. New Year’s wishes to you, as well. May 2020 bring you much joy and fabulous vintage fashions!

I love the thought of the next decade being the Roaring 20s 2.0! And what a treat these images from the Roaring 20s 1.0 are! I have a photo of a group of people, my maternal grandfather among them, celebrating New Year’s Eve back in the 1920s, which you’ve just reminded me of. One thing is for sure, they did know how to celebrate properly back then, and the New Year’s postcards were never better! Happy New Year, Theresa! xxx
